Chemistry Faculty

Updated on:

The vitality and attractiveness of the Chemistry Faculty (UF) make it one of the leading centres of expertise in France.

Chemistry is multi-faceted, constantly evolving and at the heart of major issues: reducing the environmental footprint, designing and producing nano devices for the technology of the future.

The Chemistry Faculty combines activities in design and formulation of materials, in all their forms, along with recognised expertise in characterisation and modelling as well as in environmental chemistry.

All the laboratories are CNRS-accredited and two of them are the outcome of close collaboration with the business world.

The Faculty brings together the Bachelor-Master-Doctorate programmes in chemical science. It is also involved in training for teaching jobs. These programmes are open to students with a scientific baccalauréat, DUT or BTS graduates, and students from the Grandes Écoles.
