Objectifs et compétences

Objectifs :
• To know the mechanisms underlying the plasticity of neuronal and glial cells

• To understand the functional significance of neuronal plasticity, and of neuron-glia interactions

• To understand how targeting plasticity mechanisms could represent novel therapeutical strategies

Compétences :
  • Understand the main ideas of complex text written in English
  • Interact regularly with native English speakers without strain for either party
  • Work in a transversal, multidisciplinary way and participate in team effort in an international environment
  • Communicate effectively in English and native language on the procedures followed and the results yielded by experiments with the matching interpretation to diverse audiences using a range of media (from research papers to public communications)
  • Make an effective literature search

  • Master the foundations of modern Neurosciences
  • Have in-depth knowledge of at least one specialized Neurosciences field
  • Study and work out a concrete, practical Neurosciences problem independently.
