Objectifs et compétences

Objectifs :
Students will learn about what industrial research is (Intellectual property, Patent, Quality procedures, Biotechnology and Regional Economy, Public policy, Laws on ethics, Biosecurity, Drug development Procedures for drug approval, Economical aspects) and about the kind and level of non scientific skills they need to master to be competitive to find a job or to create new jobs on their own (knowledge transfer and valorisation, entrepreneurship, innovation and university-business cooperation, technology transfer).

  • Define how modern Science works in a global world (from conceptual to political issues)
  • Identify and list the jobs offered by a career in Neurosciences
  • Target an international resume for a specific job
  • Present themselves for international job interviews
  • Look for and apply for an international job in the industry

  • List ethical issues and regulations linked to animal and human experimentation

  • Develop basic findings and find applications in order to reach to clinical, pharmaceutical and biotechnological targets in brain research
