  • The "Vendanges du savoir" programme changes every year.
  • It is based on lectures, online harvests and scholarly walks.

The aim of this partnership is to widely spread scientific culture on issues related to vineyards and wine.

Every first Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm, the "Vendanges du savoir" lectures feature researchers who come to present their research and exchange with the audience; they are an opportunity for everyone to hear academics present their research on grapevines and wine in the fields of agronomy, oenology and human sciences et des sciences.

And once a quarter, academic research sets a date with the public for a scholarly tasting. The workshops blend pleasure with science: another way of tasting with a scientific analysis of wine!
